Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, wearing your bra, with your arms relaxed at your sides.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist at your Natural Waist. To find your natural waist, bend to one side. There will be a crease just below your ribcage, that’s your natural waist.
Don’t worry if this seems higher than where you actually wear your pants.
Hip
Measure around your body at the broadest part of your hips, keeping your heels together. This should be where your legs meet your torso.
