How do the Dress sizes work, and do you also make custom-made products ?
With the category sizing you have a size table with which you can orient yourself, our clothes are made according to this table, you also have a very informative Youtube video that explains you how to measure your size.
If you want your dress exactly according to your measurements then please select the category “to measurement” when ordering and then write down your measurements, then we will manufacture the dress in your measurements.
Zipper or Lacing?
Most of the EMINJAHA dresses come with a lacing followed by a zipper, but if you only want a zipper then you can write that in the comments when you order.
Which countries do you ship ?
We ship worldwide with DHL Express The shipping costs will be covered by EMINJAHA.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered ?
Once your order details are confirmed, you will receive your Dress after 3-10 business days from the day that the order has been placed. Please consider that the dresses are all custom-made and take their time.
Am I able to track my order ?
Yes, after we have sent your order, you will receive a tracking code by email.
Are the dresses ready or made by order?
All dresses are made to order including standard sized dresses.
